How do I pronounce your name?
OK, so you can't pronounce my name. That's alright - few people can; it's po-HILL-ko.

Why do I even need a Realtor®?
First, a Realtor® is not the same as a real estate agent. Though both are licensed to sell real estate, only a professional Realtor® (member of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS®) operates under a strict code of ethics and maintains a higher knowledge of the buying and selling process. Our intensive training and knowledge of things like market inventory, financing options, and real estate law are invaluable to the process. We know who’s buying and who’s selling and can quickly match them up to best serve you. An experienced Realtor® can also help you avoid the many pitfalls of buying or selling a home.
